In 1998, a real estate property management company that would become
Property Source opened its doors in Omaha. Current President Denice Denny Bray, a partner at the time, purchased the company
in March of 2002 and renamed it Property Source. To better serve customers, the focus of the company was then broadened to
include all facets of property management, development and sales.
Property Source has the full scope of talent and understanding to
develop, sell, and manage properties. Our current portfolio of management clients consist of properties that are designated
as rental units for people who are low to moderate income; market rate units, rental homes, commercial space as well as Homeowner
Associations.
Key members of the staff offer a wide variety of expertise in the
property management field. Several members of our staff are certified as compliance professionals. This designation signifies
that the recipient has a comprehensive understanding of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. This enables us to offer
full-scale property management for property governed under this program, and the service of managing the compliance only of
these programs.
Our Household Service division works with homeowners to maintain
the value of their assets with maintenance needs, as well as preparing a home for sale. We offer drywall repairs, painting,
plumbing, complete lawn care, minor electrical, power washing, deck sealing, HVAC installation and repairs, snow removal and
